At CTC Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
